Shipping destinations:

  • We ship across all U.S. states and to Canada right now but we will include more countries as time goes on

Shipping times:

  • For domestic/ local shipping once orders are reviewed and fulfilled they should take roughly 3 to 4 business days to arrive
  • International orders should take us the same amount of time to review and fulfill however shipping times may be extended depending destination. 
  • As always shipping times might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors such as contents/ size of your order. 
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for all personalized orders to be reviewed and fulfilled before shipping as these are all made to order products. If there is an issue with an order we will be contacting you as soon as we can so please try and respond at your earliest continence to ensure your order is not held up. 

Shipping cost:

  • Orders will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 

International Taxes might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy.

Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods:

The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for EU and Import calculator for USA.

  • The customs value is made up of:
  • the price paid for the goods,
  • the insurance cost,
  • the shipping cost.

**We will not be responsible for covering any international taxes and it is up to the buyer to pay the cost given by customs so please be pay attention to that when placing international orders**

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

  • We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal.
  • We DO NOT accept cash or checks whether in person or by mail. 

 

Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout".

Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods, Please make sure to double check your address and payment information when checking out - we will ship your package within 3 to 4 business days.

Once an order is fulfilled and packaged it CANNOT be canceled or changed 

For personalized items please ensure you read and follow the instructions for uploading the correct quantity of images per personalized item you purchase.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. 

  • If a product gets damaged during delivery please take a photo/video of the damaged packaging prior to opening and contact us about the issue upon receiving the product with your order number included in the email so we can work on either getting you a replacement or a refund depending on the item purchased*
  • For returns
  1. All sales on Customized/Personalized products are final and we will not be offering returns on those products so please be sure to follow the instructions when placing orders to ensure your satisfaction. 
  2. For products that are not personalized please email somethingdifferenteng@gmail.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return(preferably with photos/videos of the issue)
  3. Customers have up to 30 (thirty) days to [file a claim and return the product] after the order has been received due to either shipping damages or product defects upon arrival. If a product is installed and or used beyond test fitting or modified beyond its original design and condition when initially recieved we will not be issuing a refund for those products as we are not liable for damages or defects after the customer has accepted and handled the products.
  • We will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods that are approved. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items and that cost will not be refunded.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
  • Where can customers track their orders?

Customers who have selected a shipping option with tracking will receive a confirmation email once the order has shipped along with the tracking information.  

  • Is it possible to change the order and how it can be done?

If an order needs to be changed please contact us IMMEDIATELY via email with your Order information, Order number, Name and reason for the change. For standard orders this must be done within 12 hours of placing your order and for custom/personalized orders the sooner the better. Once orders are fulfilled and packaged there is no way to change your order.

  • Is it possible to cancel an order and how it can be done?

If you wish to cancel an order after it was placed  please contact us IMMEDIATELY via email with your Order information, Order number, Name and reason for the cancellation. For standard orders this must be done within 12 hours of placing your order and for custom/personalized orders the sooner the better. Once orders are fulfilled and packaged there is no way to cancel your order

  • Is there a return period for defected or broken items?

1. If you wish to file for a refund and return of an item the issue must be documented upon arrival of the product and contact made as soon as possible with photo evidence. The product must be shipped out for return within 30 (thirty) days of receiving the order and refund will be dispersed once product is recieved. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees!

2. If products are broken/damaged by the user or modified beyond it's original design and condition from when it was recieved we will not be liable for those damages to the product and we will not be issuing a refund for those items. 

  • If customer received only part of the whole order, what should be done?

We thoroughly double check all orders before they are packaged and sealed up for delivery, however if the unlikely situation happens and something is missing from your order please contact us with Order information, Order number, Name and what was missing from the order so we can work to come up with a solution.

  • Can the seller send you product test samples?

Right now we are not offering any sort of test samples for customers. 

  • Customs fees and/or taxes for international orders.

Customers are responsible for any and all customs fees when ordering internationally.
